About The Role

Outlet Assistant Manager / Manager - Night Shift

Drive outlet business performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational stability.
Monitor KPIs, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and repeat visits.
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain service quality and operational standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity effectively.
Prepare and submit operational reports, including monthly performance reviews.
Use operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum 2–3 years of night shift work experience in the relevant industry (e.g., F&B, retail, hospitality, or entertainment outlets).
Proven experience in outlet operations, staff supervision, and basic financials (e.g., sales tracking, cost control).
Willing to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to lead and motivate a team during late-night operations with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle operational issues independently during non-office hours.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
