Our client, a leading international workspace provider, is looking for a Marketing Manager (Performance & Growth Focus) to drive demand generation, lead conversion, and pipeline growth across multiple cities in Asia.

This role suits a hands-on performance marketer with strong technical SEO expertise and a proven track record in driving qualified leads, booked tours, and revenue — not just brand awareness.

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, retargeting, landing page optimization) to generate qualified leads and increase tour bookings.
  • Lead and implement hands-on technical SEO strategies, including site architecture optimization, hreflang management, indexing, and overall organic growth.
  • Own the full marketing funnel — from traffic acquisition to conversion and sales pipeline acceleration.
  • Develop and optimize conversion strategies to improve cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Manage analytics, dashboards, budgets, and performance reporting to ensure ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation (B2B preferred).
  • Strong hands-on technical SEO experience (including hreflang, site structure, and optimization best practices).
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns focused on conversions rather than awareness.
  • Highly analytical with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience in real estate, flexible workspace, hospitality, or B2B services is an advantage.
