Coordinador de Producción Mezcal

Objetivo

Administrar las operaciones y recursos en el proceso de producción de Mezcal para obtener un producto que dé cumplimiento a especificaciones propias y a requisitos legales aplicables a un costo mínimo.

Actividades

• Coordinar la Producción, control de calidad, almacenamiento y suministro de mezcal Ilegal.
• Gestionar los procesos administrativos, derivados de la interacción y operación con los "palenques".
• Comunicar al equipo del Tequila & Mezcal Supply y dar soporte para asegurar las relaciones comerciales con los "palenques", proveedores de materiales de empaque y cualquier otro servicio para mantener la correcta operación.
• Gestionar con los "palenques" la aplicación de los estándares de los Sistemas de Gestión con el personal de producción de mezcal.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normas, certificaciones y regulaciones aplicables para la producción y distribución del mezcal.
• Asegurar con los "palenques" la calidad y el volumen requerido de agave "Espadín" como la única especie de agave permitida para la producción de mezcal.
• Coordinar con los "palenques" el cumplimiento de los requerimientos normativos, laborales, ambientales, de seguridad y demás aplicables.
• Gestionar y llevar un registro y control de la información del proceso, indicadores de desempeño y financieros.

Perfil

• Ingeniería Química ó afin. Completa.
• Experiencia minima de 4 años en administración de procesos de producción de mezcal o destilados.
• Experiencia minima de 3 años en administración de personal.
• Experiencia minima de 3 años en Sistemas de gestion de calidad.
• MS Office.
• Conocimientos avanzados en proceso de produccion de mezcal y/o destilados.
• Conocimientos en Administración y costeo de operaciones. Deseable.
