Sales Manager – Landed Residential Project

About the Role

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales activities for premium landed housing projects under a strategic Japanese–Indonesian Joint Venture.
  • This role requires strong leadership, structured sales execution, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining premium brand positioning aligned with Japanese standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle of landed residential projects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and absorption targets.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including in-house sales team and property agents.
  • Monitor pipeline, closing ratio, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ensure strong coordination with marketing, customer service, and project teams
  • Maintain premium customer experience from inquiry to handover.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to management and JV stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer behavior.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 7–15 years of experience in property sales, preferably landed residential or township projects.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership experience managing sales teams and external agents.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in multinational or structured corporate environments is a plus.
