Director of overseas development, Fast-Food Chain Restaurant, Thailand

Have experience in developing brand from local market to overseas is a plus point, helping the company expand into more stores.

Requirements

Have more than 8 years of experience in development and site selection, including more than 3 years of work experience in charge of development

Have the corresponding team management experience, team management in more than 10 peoples

Have experience in the development and management of franchise chain brands/direct brand catering stores, including experience in network planning, strategic alliance, national development system construction and mechanism improvement, etc.

Experience in working with F&B brands with more than 1000 stores are preferred

Ability to solve contradictions and conflicts (for the enterprise internal and external and market, etc.

Have the ability to build and improve the business thinking, development system

Passion in work, strong sense of goal, result-oriented, diligent and dedicated
