Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | M-W 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Tue-Thu 8:00 am-7:00 pm, F 8:00 am-3:00 pm | No Weekends

$18.48–$19.30/hour DOE

What You'll Do

• Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism
• Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
• Insurance verification and eligibility checks
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) data entry
• Front desk customer service
• Answering multi-line phones
• Assisting with billing inquiries
• Coordinating care across medical, dental, behavioral health & pharmacy

What We’re Looking For

• ✔ Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• ✔ Clear, compassionate communication
• ✔ EMR/EHR systems experience (preferred, not required)
• ✔ High School Diploma or GED required
• ✔ Valid Driver’s License required
• ✔ 1+ year experience in medical office, healthcare administration, receptionist, patient services, or customer service preferred
• ✔ Most importantly: a heart for serving your community.
