Michael Ward Processing T/a Matildas Bakery requires 2 Bakers for full-time work in 1 Monaghan Street, Drummond Otra, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, A81 X066.

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and baking a range of fresh products while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and bake bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Follow standard recipes and production schedules.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely.
• Monitor product quality and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
• Assist with stock control and ingredient storage.

Other Details

• Minimum annual remuneration: €36,605
• Standard working week 39 hours.
