As Fanvue scales, Design becomes one of the highest leverage functions in the company. This role exists to raise the craft bar across the entire product, build a world-class design system, and help shape how millions of creators and fans experience Fanvue.

🎯 The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Design to define and lead Fanvue’s design function across product experience, UI quality, and design systems.

This is a senior leadership role with real ownership. You will set the design direction, build and develop a high-performing team, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to ship work that improves activation, conversion, and long-term retention. You will also help embed AI into how we design, prototype, and iterate, so the team moves faster without sacrificing quality.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Own and execute Fanvue’s design strategy across all products and surfaces

Lead the rollout of a world-class, scalable design system, partnering closely with Engineering to improve consistency, speed, and quality

Elevate Fanvue’s overall UI to a more sophisticated, mature product

Refine the highest-impact UX flows tied to core KPIs, including creator onboarding and activation, fan conversion, and checkout-adjacent experiences

Define how AI-powered features are experienced across the product, making them intuitive, human, and genuinely useful

Embed AI into the design and prototyping workflow to increase iteration velocity

Help shape the Fanvue 3.0 product vision, bringing future-facing concepts to life

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing design team

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align design with business outcomes

Lead by example as a hands-on contributor on key initiatives, setting a high bar for craft and usability

An exceptional designer with deep mastery across visual, interaction, and UX design

Strong command of hierarchy, layout, typography, colour, and micro-interactions

Deeply empathetic to users and able to simplify complex needs into effective solutions

Outcome-driven with a track record of connecting design to measurable business impact

An experienced leader who has built and mentored high-performing design teams

Comfortable owning ambiguity and creating clarity in fast-moving environments

A confident communicator and collaborator across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
