About The Role

A fast-growing global fintech client is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to lead customer acquisition across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You'll run campaigns hands-on across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, building, launching, and optimizing directly in-platform (not through an agency), with real ownership over strategy and budget.

Own end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, from strategy and creative to daily optimization and budget allocation.

Drive continuous testing across ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to hit CAC/LTV goals.

Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM, pixels) to ensure clean attribution.

Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets.

Share insights across the marketing team and mentor junior members as the function grows.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth company.
  • Deep in-platform expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Track record of managing budgets and optimizing toward growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to dig into data and translate it into action.
  • Experience running campaigns across Southeast Asian markets.

Preferred

  • Experience with B2B or fintech marketing.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience.
