Job Description

• Review functional and technical documentation
• Derive and prepare test data
• Manual execution and monitoring
• Prepare test plans, test specifications, test conditions & scripts and summary reports
• Regression testing and User Acceptance Testing / Monitoring

Qualifications

At least 1 year progressive experience in Software Testing

A good knowledge and understanding of software development, QA processes & the Testing industry

An understanding of test techniques for Microsoft desktop applications, writing test scenarios, developing test data, developing test plans, tracking progress and completeness against a schedule release

Experience of automated test tools for desktop applications

Proficiency with MS Office tools

A degree in Computer Science and/or be able to demonstrate industry experience as a software tester

Experience of using tracking tools such as TestRail and Jira is nice to have

Proven ability to to take direction, but work independently

Demonstrated experience with analyzing requirements, executing and documenting tests and performing manual testing tool-driven testing scenarios

A good level of written and spoken English
