About The Role
Service Controller - Lead With Impact in a Supportive Team
Due to team changes and continued business demand, we are looking to appoint two Service Controllers to join our Service team.
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire| Department: Service | Full-Time | Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 | Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00 –17:00, alternating rota for 16:30 and 17:30 finish

What You'll Be Driving
- Delivering the high-quality service we promise our customers
- Ensuring your region meets and exceeds KPI targets
- Planning and coordinating engineers for both scheduled and emergency service calls
- Acting as the go-to contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams
- Minimising open jobs and ensuring timely invoicing once completed
- Liaising with third-party suppliers to maintain timely and professional service standards
- Collaborating with the Regional Sales Managers on service performance and regional updates
- Assisting other Service Controllers and supporting the broader service office as needed
