About The Role

The College of Pharmacy and Nutrition invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following course during the 2027 Winter Term: Course Number, Section, and Name: NUTR 442 (02) Clinical Nutrition II Term and Course Dates: Regular session Winter Session (January 1 to April 30, 2027) CRN: 27116 Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as a lecture + lab component. This position involves teaching the lecture component. The associated labs are organized and primarily delivered by a lab coordinator; however, the lecturer and lab coordinator work closely together, and the lecturer participates in/facilitates some labs. Course Schedule: Lectures: Tuesday, Thursday 10:00-11:20 AM, Labs: Monday 1:30-4:20 PM Expected Enrollment Limit: 28 Qualifications: A graduate degree (<M.Sc>. or Ph.D.) in nutrition with teaching experience is preferred. Must be a registered dietitian with expertise in clinical nutrition. Applicants must have experience with the delivery of nutrition support (enteral and parenteral nutrition). Course Information : Principles of medical nutrition therapy and etiology, pathophysiology, and nutrition-related intervention for selected diseases and conditions including gastrointestinal, renal, hypermetabolic, and neoplastic disorders.
