Position Summary

In this role, you will lead full cycle strategic recruiting across all Rosecrance Affiliates, which enables the organization to meet its client experience, quality, and operational goals across clinical and non-clinical areas. The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team that develops sourcing strategies and recruiting plans, presents pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers, develops/negotiates offers with candidates and creates the onboarding experience for all new hires. This position is responsible for legal and regulatory compliance of recruiting policies and practices. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, lead a team of recruiters, enhance employer branding, and ensure a positive and compliant hiring experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s

degree

in

Human

Resources,

Business,

or

a

  • related
  • field.

Minimum

of

3

years

of

experience

in

Talent

Acquisition,

with

a

  • demonstrated
  • ability

to

  • lead
  • full-
  • cycle
  • recruitment
  • strategies.

At

least

3

years

of

leadership

or

  • supervisory
  • experience,
  • preferably
  • within

a

healthcare

or

  • behavioral
  • health
  • setting.

Healthcare

  • industry
  • experience (

2+

  • years)
  • strongly
  • preferred.

PHR

or

SHRM-

CP

  • certification
  • preferred.

Proven

  • experience
  • leading

and

  • developing
  • recruitment
  • teams

to

  • achieve
  • hiring
  • goals

and

  • support
  • organizational
  • growth.

In-

  • depth
  • knowledge

of

  • recruitment
  • systems,
  • employment
  • law,

and

  • talent
  • acquisition

Compensation

  • Pay is based on education, experience and location
  • Starting salary in Rockford - $85,000
  • Starting salary in Des Plaines - $102,850

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm
