In this role, you'll provide inspirational leadership and direction to the Sales Team, ensuring performance objectives are met while working closely with others to future-proof our business.Our Oncology Business Unit is at the forefront of the fast paced Oncology industry. Our belief in following the science and putting patients first allows us to make the biggest difference to people in need with our ground-breaking <science.As> an Oncology Sales Manager, your role will involve:Providing inspirational leadership and direction to the Sales Team to successfully exceed performance objectivesDeveloping an impactful team through effective coaching and mentoring in a highly competitive environmentBuilding strategic and long-term partnerships with relevant Oncology influencers and decision-makersCollaborating across functional areas to drive positive patient outcomes aligned with organizational objectivesDiscovering and meeting the needs of internal and external customers by building relationships, identifying strategic business opportunities, and delivering innovative solutionsBuilding a motivating team culture that encourages growth, recognition, and continuous self-developmentTo excel in this role, it would be ideal to have:A university degreeA minimum of 7-10 years pharmaceutical experience with at least 5 years of experience as a sales representative or in a customer-facing role and 3+ years of team/people leadership experienceA track record of strong sales performance in Oncology or specialty care (previous experience in lung would be an asset)Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management skills, and excellent written & oral communication skillsAdaptability and strong advocacy for changeAbility to travel to manage sales teams across the province of OntarioA fully valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving recordDesirable qualifications include:Experience launching new products or indications in a highly specialized market (Oncology, Specialty Care)Strong knowledge of the Lung Health Care space in OntarioPrevious exposure/experience in other functional areas of the business (e.g., Sales Training, Customer Solutions, Diagnostics, Sales Operations, Marketing)Demonstrated experience in delivering a cross-functional solution-based approach (KAM)Bilingualism (English/French)Great People want to Work with us! The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations.
