Warehouse Technician

As iNet continues to grow, we are hiring a Warehouse Technician in Midland, TX , to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, equipment handling, and general warehouse organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow processes accurately while supporting internal teams and customer needs.

Requirements

• Required -

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Dependable and able to show up on time, work safely, and follow instructions
• Ability to perform hands-on work in a warehouse environment, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory support
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed

Preferred -

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory experience is helpful, but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus; training may be provided for the right candidate
