Job Description

• -Candidate must know how to source using diff. channels.
• -Sourcing and pooling using available tools.
• -Sourcing candidates for job openings and ensuring that these
• candidates are suited to the qualifications and skills defined by the
• client
• -Screening and interviewing candidates to determine
• suitability for the position and recommending candidates for endorsement
• to client.

Qualifications

• -Candidates must possess Bachelors in Psychology or other related course.
• -Must have work experience in Recruitment Agency.
• -Good communication skills.
• -Willing to work in Ortigas.
