Type d'emploi: Contrat de 14 mois (possibilité de prolongation ou de permanence)

Mandat

Relevant du gérant des services de transport terrestre, le/la partenaire de facturation est responsable mais non limité à:

• La saisie des données
• Facturation et communiquer avec les clients en ce qui concerne les questions liées à facturer
• L'approbation des factures
• Demande de PODs (preuve des livraisons ) des transporteurs

Mandate

Reporting to the Grounds Transportation Services Manager, the Billing Clerk is responsible for but not limited to

• Data entry
• Invoicing and communicating with clients in regards to invoice related issues
• Approving carrier invoices
• Requesting PODs (proof of deliveries) from carriers
