About The Role
- 1、负责维护会员关系，挖掘和跟进客户需求；
- 2、熟悉微信运营，创新营销思维，提升复购；
- 3、了解旅游产品，善于发现并且解决产品问题；
- 4、负责投诉全链条处理，提升客户综合满意度。
- 1、大专及以上学历，专业不限，愿意从事销售工作，需要提前到公司实习；
- 2、思维反应快、普通话标准流利，有良好的工作习惯和高效的沟通能力；
- 3、有亲和力，待人热情，服务意识强，学习能力强，对工作充满热情和责任心；
- 4、能承受一定的工作压力，若不能适应较高工作强度可能会影响轮休时间；
- 5、电脑操作熟练，熟练使用Office办公软件。
