About The Role

  • 1、为客户提供远程或现场技术支持，高效解决其在使用国产异构计算平台过程中遇到的技术问题；
  • 2、参与深度学习模型优化与推理性能调优，协助客户提升在异构硬件上的运行效率；
  • 3、支持多行业客户的日常技术咨询与问题响应，推动客户成功与产品改进闭环。
  • 1、计算机科学、电子工程、人工智能或相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备积极乐观的工作态度、强烈的责任心和细致严谨的作风；
  • 2、熟悉机器学习与深度学习基本原理，了解典型模型在实际场景中的部署流程；
  • 3、掌握 Linux 操作系统常用命令与调试工具，理解服务器/计算机体系结构基础；
  • 4、具备至少一种主流深度学习框架的使用或开发经验（如 PyTorch、TensorFlow、PaddlePaddle、vLLM 等）；
  • 5、熟练使用 Python 或 C++/cuda 进行开发与调试；
  • 6、优先考虑：有大模型开发、算法优化或异构计算（GPU/DCU）相关项目经验者。
