About The Role

  • 1、对接业务部门，全方位支撑业务人力需求，做好人力日常保障。
  • 2、深入了解业务团队情况，协助开展团队氛围建设、员工关怀、人力风险排查，及时梳理团队人力问题并反馈优化。
  • 3、协助落地公司各项人力资源制度，向业务员工宣导HR政策，推进制度在业务端的有效执行。
  • 4、协助开展业务团队绩效跟进、人才盘点、团队培训需求收集等工作，助力业务团队人力效能提升。
  • 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理、社会学等相关专业优先。
  • 2、具备优秀的沟通表达、跨部门协调能力，同理心强，擅长洞察员工及业务需求。
  • 3、思维灵活、执行力强，能快速适配业务节奏，抗压能力良好，愿意深入业务落地HR工作。
