Database Manager (Raiser's Edge CRM and data integration)

Use your data and analytics expertise to help create a world where animals live free from cruelty and <suffering.At> World Animal Protection Canada, we work to improve the lives of animals through advocacy, education, and systemic change that reaches millions of people worldwide.We’re looking for a Database Analytics Manager who combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and analytical insight to strengthen how we manage, understand, and grow our supporter community.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Engagement, this role will lead the management and optimization of our donor database and fundraising systems, with a strong focus on data integrity, reporting, analytics, compliance, and process <improvement.You>’ll oversee the flow and accuracy of donor and financial data within Raiser’s Edge, support campaign segmentation and reporting, and translate complex data into actionable insights that support fundraising strategy and organizational <decision-making.You>’ll also directly manage and coach the Database Coordinator and collaborate closely with fundraising, communications, finance, and global teams to ensure our systems and data operations remain accurate, efficient, and effective.
