We support studios worldwide with solutions like localization & functional testing, certification testing, focus groups and playtesting, player support and community management, cybersecurity and penetration testing, tool development, art design, game writing, GDPR consultancy, and voice-over recording. 🕹️ The Role As an English-to-Russian Game Linguist , you’ll be a key part of our localization team—helping games truly feel right for Russian-speaking players. You’ll translate, revise, and perform LQA while collaborating closely with developers and localization project managers to ensure linguistic quality, consistency, and cultural relevance. Your work will help bring unforgettable gaming experiences to millions of players worldwide. 🌍✨ ✅ Key Responsibilities Translate in-game text, UI, and marketing materials from English to Russian with accuracy and cultural nuance. Revise localized content to ensure top-tier quality, style, and consistency. Perform LQA (Language Quality Assurance) to spot and fix grammar, spelling, terminology, and style issues. Preserve the tone and voice of the original content, adapting where needed for cultural expectations. Join creative discussions and offer linguistic input to support narrative development and avoid cultural pitfalls. 🎯 Qualifications Native-level Russian and fluent English . 2+ years of experience in game localization (English ↔ Russian). Strong cultural understanding of both English- and Russian-speaking markets . Comfortable with localization tools and content management systems . Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach in cross-functional teams. Passion for gaming and awareness of mobile gaming trends . 📱🎮 Background in Translation, Linguistics , or a related field is a plus.
