Group Company: #*Thermax Onsite Solutions Pvt Ltd*# Designation: #Associate -MIS# Office Location: #* Eco house - Chinchwad # Position description: #Associate -MIS# Primary Responsibilities: ## Additional Responsibilities: #*Additional Responsibilities*# Reporting Team Reporting Designation: #CFO -TOESL# Reporting Department: # TOESL -Finance# Educational qualifications preferred Category: #Graduates/Post Graduates*# Field specialization: #Chartered Accountant# Degree: # CA# Academic score: #NA# Institution tier: #ICAI# Roles & Responsibilities :- · Handle MIS, Lease accounting, book closing, · Getting Statutory Audit done in time resolving all queries and coordinating with other team members for timely closure, · Tax Audit SPOC, · Handle subsidiary accounts independently including MIS, book closing, estimates, cashflows, · Prepare Board reporting decks, · Prepare Variance analysis, · Coordinate with banks for Loan MIS, compliance, new loan inquiries, CMA, etc. · Fixed Assets Accounting, CWIP review, capitalization, · Advance tax and other related working, · Coordinate with credit rating agencies for credit rating, CMA and other requirements. · JOB SPECIFICATIONS · Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience having in-depth knowledge about accounting, audit, MIS, financial reporting. A person who has an eye for detail understands variances and can provide insights to the management. Proficient in Excel, Oracle/SAP, having thorough knowledge about systems, processes. He/She should be able to navigate complex accounting, tax matters coordinating with multiple stakeholders from business, corporate, consultants, auditors to bring solutions to the fore. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES OF THE JOB · Excellent interpersonal skills. Command over written and spoken English, · Deep understanding of audit and accounting issues, especially Lease accounting, · Flair for technology and automation. Understanding of IT & ERP systems, analytical tools & Ability to contribute individually and work in a team atmosphere
