Group Product Manager

Group Product Manager – GoMechanic GoMechanic, part of the Spinny Group, is looking for a Group Product Manager to own the complete demand-side product ecosystem. The role will lead product strategy across the consumer app, lead management platform and call centre technology, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Own the product vision and roadmap for GoMechanic’s consumer-facing digital ecosystem. Drive the transformation of the existing app into a modern, scalable customer platform. Improve discovery, booking, servicing and post-service journeys. Own key growth metrics including activation, conversion, retention, repeat bookings, NPS and revenue contribution. Leverage experimentation, analytics and customer insights to optimize product funnels. Partner closely with Engineering, Design and QA to deliver high-quality products. Build and lead a high-performing product team. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Call Centre, CRM and Data teams. Present product strategy, KPIs and business outcomes to senior leadership. Requirements: 9+ years of Product Management experience with strong B2C consumer app exposure. Experience in consumer internet, mobility, e-commerce, marketplace or on-demand businesses. Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams. Strong understanding of UX, growth, experimentation and product analytics. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Engineering preferred.
