People Partner (Employee Relations & Talent)

Your role in our Mission: Reward Gateway is on a mission to make the world a better place to work. To achieve this mission, we need a People Business Partner (Employee Relations & Talent). This is a hands-on HR role with a clear focus- getting employee relations right and supporting managers to make sound, compliant decisions. You will work closely with the Senior People Lead - Bulgaria & Global People Operations and partner with managers across Bulgaria (and the rest of the RGER locations) to ensure we handle performance, disciplinary and exit processes in a way that is fair, consistent and aligned with Bulgarian labor law and our culture, policies and best practices. You will also lead and support talent acquisition locally. You will support our employer branding and engagement initiatives working with the Employer Branding and Communication Specialist to ensure wide and lasting reach internally and externally in line with our business and people strategy.
