About The Role

Accountabilities Responsibilities Authorities Plan , Manage & Oversee all the elements of Production at plant. Ensure adherence to quality standards and reduce defects and maximize production through process improvements. Shift allotment of manpower and Machine commissioning. Planning of the In-house manufacturing process Achieve Goals within MRD given to customer Provide MRD to production and customer according to plant capacity and machine load. Ensuring quality work is safe in efficient manner Evaluating Labour Performance Maximize productivity of machinery & workers Categorize the Products which will make in the given time period for the customer & set up the production line as per requirement. Diagnosing problems in the production line & providing recommendation ERP System and MDM Item code and BoM creation, IR, PRQ, RGP, NRGP, Routing Create new Item Codes and BoM, Material Routing Meetings with Operation manager regarding Production on daily basis and find out the problem & resolve it
