Associate - Operations

Experience: 1.5 to 4 Years Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) Department: Warehouse & Logistics Shift: Rotational Shifts Job Summary We are looking for a Warehouse Outward Executive with 1.5 to 4 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound warehouse processes and be proficient in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role requires working in rotational shifts and ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily outbound warehouse operations and dispatch activities. • Process delivery orders, invoices, and shipment documentation using SAP and WMS. • Coordinate picking, staging, and loading activities as per dispatch plans. • Ensure timely dispatch while maintaining inventory accuracy. • Update inventory movements and outbound transactions in SAP and WMS. • Coordinate transport teams for smooth dispatch operations and vehicle placement. • Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate with the procurement team for Purchase Order (PO) processing. • Verify shipment quantities, documentation, and vehicle loading before dispatch. • Monitor adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines. • Prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain accurate warehouse records. • Support inventory reconciliation and continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Skills • Hands-on experience in EXCEL, SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Good knowledge of warehouse outward operations and logistics processes. • Understanding of inventory control, dispatch documentation, and stock movement. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office. • Ability to work efficiently in rotational shifts. Eligibility Criteria • Graduate in any discipline. • 1.5 to 4 years of experience in warehouse outward operations or logistics. • Mandatory experience with SAP and WMS. • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
