About The Role

Job Description – Senior Executive – Business Human Resources Location: Bhiwandi Department: Human Resources Role: Senior Executive – Business Human Resources Key Responsibilities Lead manpower planning and recruitment for warehouse operations, including associates, supervisors and shift in-charges. Drive bulk hiring initiatives to meet business and peak-season manpower requirements. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities , including onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, transfers and exits. Partner with Operations to address employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workforce-related issues . Monitor manpower availability, absenteeism, attrition and workforce productivity through regular MIS and analytics. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements , including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Minimum Wages and CLRA. Coordinate with contractors/vendors for statutory compliance, documentation and workforce deployment . Validate attendance, overtime and payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll teams for timely salary processing. Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, town halls and feedback sessions to build a positive workplace culture. Support Operations in productivity improvement, performance management and workforce efficiency initiatives. Conduct exit interviews and attrition analysis and implement corrective actions to improve retention. Manage third-party manpower agencies , including deployment, attendance reconciliation, compliance and billing verification. Ensure HR records are maintained accurately and are audit-ready at all times. Act as the key HR SPOC for the warehouse and effectively manage employee and stakeholder escalations . Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and labour compliance . Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain or frontline workforce management preferred. Strong people management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Good analytical skills with proficiency in HR MIS and MS Excel . Ability to manage high-volume workforce and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with a hands-on approach to employee engagement and grievance handling.
