About The Role

Handling and managing the complete warehouse operations 2. Responsible for material Loading & unloading, material outside damage checking, put away and stacking of material. 3. Arranging for the receiving and delivery of products, as well as monitoring and documenting deliveries and shipments (Invoice, Waybill, ASN, outside damages checking) 4. keeping accurate / Perpetual inventory records and regularly checking stock levels to make sure they’re accurate 5. coordinating with suppliers/OEM’s/Transporter and customers to address any problems or questions 6. Co-ordination with customer sales team & WH team for daily Vehicle placement. 7. Material picking as per sales plan and maintain FIFO. 8. Prepare Daily MIS / Stock report 9. 3rd Party manpower handling with their attendance and share the details with commercial team. 10. Manpower / Housekeeping / WH related billing details timely share with commercial. 11. putting safety and security measures in place and enforcing them at the warehouse 12. Identification and information to the customer for non-moving material.
