KPI / KRA: 1. NolapsesintheMaintenancepractices(Preventive,Proactive,Lubrication&other maintenance practices) ofindividual Section 2. ReductioninBreakdownFrequency&Hours ofindividualsectionsby20%ofprevious year 3. Reductionof Sparescost&RPM ofindividualsectionsby2%ofapproved budget 4. Reportingofbreakdowns,shutdownsplanning,etc.throughSAP module 5. Improvementsinthehouse k eeping,reducingdust emission. 6. Ensuringnoreportableincidentsinthearea&conductingtoolboxtalktoadherethesafety practices. 7. Tolookafterdaytodaycorrective,preventiveandbreakdownmaintenanceoftheequipment expeditiously and reliably for effective maintenance in guidance of HoD 8. EnsureproperutilizationofresourcesinguidanceofHoD 9. TomaintainrecordsinguidanceofHoD 10. Toco-ordinatewithotherSectionEngineersfordaytodayworkforavailabilityofplant equipment in guidance of HoD 11. Maintaining&updatingtheIMSdocuments . 12. TokeepinformedHOD(M)ofthePlantOperationand Maintenance. 13. Ensuresafeworkpractices&safetyofpersonswithintheareaundercontrolto prevent 14. Promotingofzeroharm culture. 15. Ensureimplementationof PTW&executionofjobsasper SOP. 16. In-housetrainingforallworkmen &employeesonSafety standards 17. ImplementationofSOPs&JSAsat site. 18. Maintaingood housekeeping. 19. Implementationofallsafetystandardrequirementsinhisrespective areas. 20. Dailyjobplanningandreviewof SOPsforcritical activities 21.
