SDET II

Role Overview We are looking for an SDET II responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of applications, features, and modules. The role involves manual and automated testing of mobile applications, with a strong focus on Android/iOS automation using Appium, API testing, and AI-assisted testing approaches. Key Responsibilities Analyze requirements and prepare test/query lists. Participate in test planning and provide inputs to Testing and Product teams. Conduct exploratory testing. Perform end-to-end testing of Android and iOS applications, including: Functional Testing Regression Testing Integration Testing Compatibility Testing Release Validation Develop and maintain automation scripts for automated regression testing. Build and maintain mobile automation using Appium for Android and iOS. Use AI-assisted testing tools for test-case generation, automation, test-data creation, failure analysis, and debugging. Explore AI/LLM-based approaches to improve automation coverage and QA productivity. Collaborate with development teams to diagnose issues and recommend solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 3–5 years of experience . Strong experience in manual testing and test-case writing/execution. Proficiency in any programming language, preferably Java . Experience in test automation and standard automation frameworks. Hands-on experience in Android and/or iOS mobile application testing . Hands-on experience with Appium . Knowledge of CI/build tools such as Maven, Jenkins, and GitHub . Experience in API Testing using tools such as Postman/JMeter . Experience testing web applications with databases such as SQL/MongoDB . Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and SDLC/Agile/Sprint models. Exposure to AI/LLM-based testing tools, AI-assisted automation, prompt engineering, or AI-driven QA workflows is preferred.
