| RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR – KUWAIT |

We are hiring experienced Restaurant Supervisors for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, coordinating the service team, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations during all shifts. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service Lead and coordinate the restaurant service team during assigned shifts Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and performance Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food and beverage service Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally Train and guide new and junior staff members Ensure all employees follow company SOPs and service standards Monitor food and beverage presentation and service quality Assist with stock monitoring and inventory control Help minimize food and beverage wastage Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager with daily operations Take responsibility for the restaurant floor during assigned shifts Prepare or assist with daily operational and shift reports when required

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, Senior Waiter, or similar role Experience in reputed, premium, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurants preferred Strong knowledge of restaurant service and daily operations Excellent English communication skills Strong team coordination and leadership abilities Good customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good physical fitness and professional presentation Minimum height: 5'4" Young, energetic, and willing to learn Age 21–30 years preferred; up to 35+ for experienced candidates Gulf experience preferred Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply Salary & Benefits Salary: KWD 275/month Meal Allowance: KWD 25/month Total Package: KWD 300/month Company Accommodation Provided Transportation Provided Job Location: Kuwait
