About The Role
Position Summary: The Global Operations Quality Team Lead performs internal quality assessment reviews on processes performed by international vendors and the Global Quality Team to ensure compliance with operational standards and policies in accordance to the vendor contract agreement. Global Quality reviews are communicated to the Parallon Global Operations Management team to improve accuracy and efficiency in workflow production and provide specific and ongoing education to vendors based on the quality monitoring review findings and trends. Responsibilities: • Provides support for all quality reviews and assessments of revenue cycle processes performed by international vendors • Assists in ensuring vendors adhere to process and procedure according to vendor agreement • Trends and research volume sent back to the SSCs by way of vendor Escalations/Returns • Ensures accuracy of assessments and operations in the Global QA Tool • Assesses quality and operational metrics of the Global Quality Assurance Team • Review and trend account issues related to quality and provide feedback to Global Operations Manager and Strategic Resource Team • Provides operational support to the Global Operations Manager and Director • Educates new team members on vendor quality processes • Demonstrates and apply expert level of knowledge of revenue cycle processes and concepts • Collaborating with Global Operations Manager and Strategic Resource Team to define vendor processes. • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the business processes assigned to the international vendors • Enforce all provisions of the international vendor contract. • Ensures safe, ergonomic and confidentiality compliant practices are being followed within the work environment. • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with international vendors, SSCs and Corporate team. • Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement” • Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline. · 3-4 years relevant experience; Revenue Cycle/SSC experience preferred. HCA-based system experience preferred. Must Have Skills · Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle.
