We are currently looking for anR&D Powertrain Intern to join out team in Resende. This role provides practical learning opportunities, exposure to real business processes, and ongoing support from leaders and team members.

Main Responsibilities

• Support powertrain development projects (engine, subsystems, and related components).
• Assist in test preparation, execution, and follow-up activities (bench and/or vehicle tests).
• Collect, organize, and analyze technical data from tests and simulations.
• Support documentation activities (reports, test summaries, presentations, open-point tracking).
• Assist engineers with validation plans, issue investigation, and root-cause analyses.
• Interface with internal teams (parts design, test and project management) as required.
• Support basic cost, timing, and technical tracking under engineer supervision.
• Follow R&D processes, safety rules, and information security requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems (engines, powertrain fundamentals).
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• English level: basic to intermediate (reading and writing required).
