About The Role

This role works an afternoon / evening shift with the hours of work being 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.The RoleThey call you a machine. In reality, you mostly run machines. Several at a time, in fact. The nickname comes from the fact that you treat every day as a race against yourself. Every personal best is a challenge to overcome - typically by the time your next shift rolls around. When you first started, you were producing six hundred units per day. Now? Over a thousand. Self-improvement is satisfaction enough, but the real icing on the cake? It's the fact that everything you create ultimately feeds the demands of our millions of adoring cult-like fans. That's what gets you out of bed in the morning. You're not a machine, you just seem like one. In reality, you're a Print Production Specialist at dbrand.Of course, you didn't start out that way. You didn't have an iota of large format print experience when you joined up. You started small, just running some flatbed cutters. As you grew and gained experience, you moved on to other disciplines: lamination, print operations, prepress... all you needed to do was show an aptitude and a desire to learn - after that, it was just a matter of time before you knew how to run every machine in our production facility. Do the above paragraphs describe you? Of course not. You don't work here... yet. We can change that. Who you are is irrelevant. What we care about is who you'll be, when given the tools, knowledge, and agency that will enable you to succeed. We need motivated, adaptable, and dedicated individuals who are committed to excellence, so that we can mold them into the Print Production Specialists of tomorrow. If that's not you, save us all some time and close this tab. If you're still with us... maybe those paragraphs describe you after all.The EnvironmentAt dbrand, expect a clean, modern, well-lit facility with organized material staging and machines that are actually maintained. The production floor? You could eat off it. Should you? Who can say. We're not scientists. Instead, we're a team who works hard and plays hard. What's in it for you? Nobody downstream can fix a bad cut. The quality of our entire product line runs through your machines. That's not a burden — that's leverage. Before you get your hands on those machines, you'll need to prove yourself. Let's see if you've got what it takes…
