About The Role

As a Marketing Program Coordinator, you will be the backbone of Benco’s customer marketing initiatives. You will work directly with the VP of Pricing and Marketing Analytics to ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of our programs.

Your mission is to blend operational support with data insights, acting as a vital link between internal teams, vendors, and our sales force. You will manage program communications, monitor engagement via social media and email marketing, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance through data review.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency (Non-negotiable): Advanced English (B2+ to C1) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in marketing coordination, loyalty programs, or operational support roles.
  • Education: Professional degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields (High School Diploma is mandatory for all roles).
  • Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint are essential).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset to handle data reviews and reporting.
  • Availability: Must have full time availability (Monday to Friday).
  • Home Office Setup: A quiet, distraction-free workspace and a stable internet connection (minimum 5mbps).
