Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Our warehouse operations are critical to serving our customers, and the Workbench Manager is responsible for ensuring daily workbench activities are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE DAY-TO-DAY Lead and supervise the daily activities of the workbench team Organize workflow to ensure customer expectations are met Hold employees accountable to safety, quality, and productivity goals Coach, train, motivate, and develop team members Ensure customer and transfer orders are completed accurately and on time Coordinate daily UPS and FedEx shipments Respond to customer and employee inquiries Manage staffing levels and approve time-off requests Develop and improve operational processes and procedures Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed Support hiring, training, and performance management activities Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU High school diploma or GED Previous warehouse experience required Supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse environment preferred Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Experience using computers and business software applications Commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in a warehouse environment A hands-on leadership style and strong sense of accountability WHAT YOU GET Competitive pay Health insurance Paid holidays Vacation time 401(k) with company match Career growth opportunities Stability with a family-owned company that has served customers for more than a century The opportunity to lead a team and make a direct impact on operational success WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS The Workbench Manager is responsible for ensuring products move efficiently, customer expectations are met, and employees have the support and leadership they need to succeed.
