People Management Senior Specialist

Education

• •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• •Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience

• •Minimum 5–8 years of experience in People Culture, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, or related fields.
• •Experience managing enterprise-wide culture transformation initiatives.
• •Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects.
• •Experience working in a technology-driven or digital transformation environment is preferred.
