About the Role

In-Home Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

Conduct

• in-home sales presentations
• using our proprietary iPad-based system
• Design customized bath solutions using easy-to-use digital tools
• Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through product selections
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently

Participate in

• weekly sales training
• to enhance performance and skills
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong

communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Previous

• in-home sales experience preferred
• (home improvement/remodeling a plus)
• Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking confidently in customer homes
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed
• Ability to thrive in a
• fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Outgoing and professional personality with strong closing ability
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
