• Partner with sales professionals to maximize deal profitability

Sales Desk Manager Qualifications

Previous automotive sales management or desk management experience

Superior deal structuring and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of dealership operations and profitability

Proven leadership and coaching abilities

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
