Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in managing day-to-day front office operations.
  • Supervise and support front office staff to ensure high-quality guest service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain front office records and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in managing reservations, room assignments, and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a front office or hospitality environment, preferably 1-2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations and procedures, including Opera PMS.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve guest issues confidently.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
