About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic  Atlassian Engineer  to strengthen our Atlassian team working on a strategic project for a world‑leading luxury group with a strong international e‑commerce footprint.
You will join a team of Atlassian specialists, guided and supported by our Atlassian Practice Leader, and will play an active role in supporting, improving and evolving the Atlassian stack (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket). This is a hands‑on role in an ambitious environment where you will  learn continuously , while being challenged on complex workflows, configurations and customer use cases.
What is this all about?
- You will participate in the  full project lifecycle , from initial concept to production deployment.
- You will  configure and manage Jira and Confluence  on a daily basis: workflows, screens, fields, schemes and permissions.
- You will support Agile teams working in  SCRUM / Agile frameworks , ensuring tools are aligned with delivery needs.
- You will collaborate closely with internal SQLI teams and the customer's stakeholders in an  international context .
- You will contribute to continuous improvement, troubleshooting and optimization of Atlassian environments.
- You will be part of a team along 4 other members always guided and supported by the  Atlassian Practice Leader .
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or equivalent education / professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience working with the Atlassian stack
- Hands-on expertise with Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence), including workflow design, automation, permission schemes, project configurations, knowledge management, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Atlassian Analytics or Power BI to design dashboards, build insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments
- Technical mindset with a solid IT background
- Hands‑on, problem‑solving and troubleshooting oriented
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with both technical and non‑technical
- Fluent English
