Senior Digital Project Manager (creative)

You own delivery from idea to execution.

• Lead projects across strategy, marketing, and design
• Bring structure to complex, multi-disciplinary work
• Define clear scopes, timelines, and priorities
• Ensure teams stay focused on what matters most
• Manage stakeholders and keep clients aligned and informed
• Identify risks early and act on them
• Balance quality, speed, and budget
• Support teams in making better decisions and trade-offs
• Help create a way of working that is scalable and sustainable

You don’t just track progress you drive it.

• Proven experience in digital project management (agency or consultancy)
• Experience working on digital marketing projects (social media/ influencer marketing/ SEO/ SEA/ GEO/ CRO/ Marketing Automation, etc..)
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Confidence to challenge both clients and internal teams
• Calm under pressure; you bring clarity in complexity
• A pragmatic mindset focused on getting things done
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English. French is considered a major plus.
• Experience coaching more junior project managers is a strong plus
