About The Role

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary risk SME for data-related risks across Personal Wealth.
Provide independent guidance and challenge regarding data governance, data quality, lineage, data management, and analytics controls.
Partner with product and technology leaders to identify emerging risks across the data supply chain and information ecosystem.
Advise teams on effective controls related to data integrity, accessibility, privacy, retention, and usage.
Evaluate risks associated with data modernization programs, cloud migration initiatives, data platforms, and analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with Enterprise Data Governance, Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and other enterprise partners to promote consistent risk practices.
Influence strategic decisions through expert consultation, facilitation, and data risk insights.
Participate in special projects and broader Personal Wealth Risk priorities as needed .

What we’re looking for (qualifications)

Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in data management, data governance, technology risk, analytics, operational risk, audit, or compliance.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree is preferred, not required.
Experience supporting large-scale data programs, data platforms, analytics initiatives, or digital transformations.

Ability to translate complex data risks into practical business recommendations.
