About the Role
This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain movement, improve function, and enhance their quality of life. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, while benefiting from a consistent weekday schedule and a strong clinic support system.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer manual therapy, exercise-based interventions, and therapeutic modalities
- Track and reassess patient progress, modifying plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, recovery plans, and home strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Use diagnostic tools and clinical reasoning to guide treatment
- Promote preventive care and functional independence
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical care standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.S.-based only, excluding Puerto Rico)
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred
- Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or license-eligible prior to start date
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time management skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-based care
