Leads negotiations, drafting, and critical review of commercial contracts, merger and acquisition agreements (e.g., cash equity sales, buying and selling of projects) and ancillary documents, including joint ventures and partnerships; project debt finance documents; offtake agreements; and interconnection and transmission-related documents.
