Business Controller 📍 Location: Grogol, Jakarta Do you have the appetite to Grow Your Magic? We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Controller to join our Finance team. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Analyze business performance, profitability, and financial results. Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Support investment evaluations and business growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting standards. Monitor cash flow and working capital performance. Support internal and external audit processes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance. Experience in a manufacturing and/or multinational environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards. Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, BFC, or QlikView. Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA) are an advantage.
