Pool Renovation Foreman

• Looking to make a move with a growing high energy pool company? St. Cyr Pool & Spa is growing fast and is in need of an experienced Renovation Foreman.
• We are in search of a detail-oriented Team player who has experience with liner and safety cover installations.

Responsibilities Include

• Liner and safety cover installs
• Ensure proper layout and elevations for each pool job
• Monitor and communicate with the construction teams throughout the day
• Work with dispatching to create efficient schedules and answer any scheduling questions
• Work with support staff to move the jobs along in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction, job completeness and invoice accuracy at each stage of the project
• Maintain payment schedule with customers
• Maintain proper gross margin on all projects by properly tracking job costs.
• Maintain an inventory of all items that the construction teams need
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Ensure companies standards and practices are maintained
• Collaborate with the service managers

Qualifications

• Experience with concrete saws, core drills, jackhammer, shovels, digging, pool plumbing repairs and concrete mixing
• Ability to lead a team
• Experience in a construction or excavation business
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
• Fast learner
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Late days and weekends may be needed during the peak of the season.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $75,000.00 per year
