Sr. Purchase Manager-IN Outbound Logistic

Long Description Position-Snr. Purchasing Manager-Logistic Required Qualification: B.E. Graduate with related experience 10 to 12 years Job Description: Manage daily supply chain and BOP parts planning to ensure uninterrupted production. Issue/monitor POs and delivery schedules; ensure full supplier compliance. Handle BOP press parts sourcing, import tracking, customs, and long‑lead items. Coordinate with PPC, Engineering, Production, QA, Stores, and Finance for smooth operations. Conduct vendor audits, evaluate suppliers, and drive continuous improvement (PPAP, APQP, JIT, Kaizen, Kanban, FIFO, Poka‑Yoke). Plan raw materials, reconcile inventory, and oversee BOP store activities. Develop new suppliers, review drawings, process RFQs, negotiate costs, and finalize sourcing. Track development timelines, manage die trials, and support new product development. Maintain SAP data, supplier MIS, material accounting, and monthly savings reports. Ensure compliance with commercial aspects, taxation, transport, and audit requirements. Support internal/external audits and maintain strong communication across all levels.
