Junior Social Media Management Officer - Kibada, Kigamboni

Role Summary

• We are looking for a creative and proactive Junior Social Media Management Officer
• (preferably female) to support the management of multiple client social media accounts and
• create engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging content using a smartphone, including photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and behind the-scenes content.
• Monitor comments and messages, respond promptly, and engage with online communities.
• Assist in developing and executing monthly content calendars.
• Track basic social media performance, monitor trends, and recommend content ideas to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience is acceptable).
• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• content creation skills are an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Junior level, preferably female, creative, confident with social media, and willing to learn
